May 15, 2025, Dubai, UAE: Continuing with its legacy of recognising the best in the UAE’s real estate industry, NKN Media, in media partnership with India Today Group, hosted the much awaited ‘The Ultimate Realty Awards Season 2’ at One&Only One Za’abeel, Dubai on May 10th. The occasion brought together the who’s who of UAE along with other international celebrities for a scintillating evening full of jubilation and honour for the best performers in the realty industry.

The occasion was marked by the presence of Ms Priyanka Chaturvedi, Hon’ble Member of Parliament of India, who graced the function as the chief guest for the evening. A member of the Upper House of Indian Parliament Rajya Sabha, her words on the occasion were an inspiration and guidance to the best achievers and awardees who have defined success in the real estate industry at a global level.

Present along with the chief guest was Indian film actor and producer Mr. Arbaaz Khan who was the celebrity guest for the award ceremony. The list of attendees of the gala ceremony for the award function was a witness to the Awards’ ever increasing charm as the most sought after and prestigious event in UAE.

In the luxury segment, the Best Developer – Luxury award was bagged by BNW Developments represented by the Chairman and Founder Mr. Ankur Aggarwal while Mr. Satish Sanpal, Chairman of ANAX Developments bagged the Best Developer-Excellence in Real Estate award. Best Developer-Residential Design award went to Sunrise Capital represented by Founder and CEO Mr. Yogesh Harish Bulchandani. Dr. Sharad Nair, Co-founder and Chairman of Tranquil Developers won the Emerging Developer of the Year award. The Best Developer Award for Tech Design was bestowed upon Mr. Mohammed Mehedi Hassan CEO of Ever Glory Real Estate Development.

The Best Developer-Rising award went to Januss Developers led by its Co-founder Ms. Arja Chintan Dattani Thakkar and Best Developer Residential Project award went to Mr. Akash Kanjwani, CEO of Sky View Development LLC. Mr. Vishal Tinani, the Founder and Managing Partner of Vishal Legal Consultants (V Legal) was awarded the Legal Excellence in Real Estate Transactions award.

In other much sought after categories, the Best Agency – Off Plan award was bagged by Mr. Maqsood Muhammed, Founder and Chairman of AFM Properties LLC and the Best Agency in Luxury Real Estate award went to GPG Global Real Estate Brokerage LLC led by Mr. Chirag Goyal, CEO. Mr. Mohammad Shahnawaz Alam, Founder and Ms Sanah Shahnawaz, Co-Founder of Sams Real Estate were adjudged the Power Couple of Dubai Real Estate award while the award for Best Real Estate Marketing and Communications Agency went to Mr. Sagar Chotrani, CEO & Co-founder and Mr. Kushal Desai, MD & Co-founder of Publsh Media Group. The Most Trusted Real Estate Agency in UAE of the Year award was bestowed upon Mr. Priyank Shah, CEO of Buildcaps Real Estate LLC.
